One of the largest neighborhoods in Brooklyn, Williamsburg has undergone a major metamorphosis in the last decade.

It’s transforming from a traditionally working-class neighborhood to a veritable embodiment of gentrification and urban rebirth. These days, tourists and day-trippers flock to Williamsburg for a little slice of cosmopolitan bohemia.

OUR OPINION: We LOVE this spot. The condo style rental sits on the 3rd floor of the building, facing the rear, and is always sunlit. The finishes are very nice, including medium tone hardwood floors, Bosch stacked Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, recessed lighting, tastefully designed bathroom, Modern kitchen with ample storage & large island, and a spacious balcony. The rental simply has a great vibe, and is the perfect match for any couple or individual with pets. Let them enjoy the outdoors, and BBQ with friends while they roam around. THE LOCATION: The building stands between timeless brownstones and 2-5 family homes that line the street, which is covered by tall trees and greenery. The location is very peaceful, while the Graham Avenue L, and all the restaurants and shops that surround it, are just steps away. For those who are savvy to the Bedford L area, and not the Graham Ave L ... the difference in your commute is only about 5 minutes.
