  After a month of looking through fake pictures on nakedapartments, Mathew Swann was a breath of fresh air. All around great guy, on time and concise. With so many poorly informed and thieving brokers in the city, you're better off calling the management companies on your own, but chances are you wont find anything like what Mathew has. He showed me two apartments, both within my price range in a leisurely manner that didn't make me feel like a broker scrutinizing and pressing to get their fee. All questions were answered with a great degree of consideration. If he has something in your price range cancel all of your other showings. I did and it was the best decision I made all month. Sweet landlord too.
