  I had just come from seeing another broker who remarkably had a 5 star rating. I am very particular type A gal and had, literally, a 16 page powerpoint of areas I wanted to live and search criteria, even photos and addresses of the listings I wanted to see. I think No stairs was on there a few times. Yet this broker had nothing but walk ups to show me. DUSTIN TO THE RESCUE. I called him right away since the listings I wanted to see were his but felt like you make inroads with one you don't cheat around. But Dustin while ON VACATION called me back and had his brokers at PLATINUM PROPERTIES hustle me 3 places in the areas and price ranges I wanted within hours. And 3 more the next day. I SIGNED MY LEASE and move in May 1 - next week!! Amazingly on the ball and his broker that he hooked me up with - PP go with them!
