The rental simply has a great vibe, and is the perfect match for any couple or individual with pets. Let them enjoy the outdoors, and BBQ with friends while they roam around. THE LOCATION: The building stands between timeless brownstones and 2-5 family homes that line the street, which is covered by tall trees and greenery. The location is very peaceful, while the Graham Avenue L, and all the restaurants and shops that surround it, are just steps away. For those who are savvy to the Bedford L area, and not the Graham Ave L ... the difference in your commute is only about 5 minutes.
