  Tara responded to my inquiry right away and was very knowledgeable and efficient. She answered all of my questions patiently and informatively. I ended up renting the apartment she showed me. She stayed with me while I went over the contract, pointing out little details I may have otherwise overlooked...I felt well-informed going into my lease term. Tara was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment!

  After a long time spent looking for apartments and working with different brokers, Tara was a breath of fresh air. She was the first agent to actually work to understand my situation and limitations. As a result, her extensive knowledge of the market was put to good use as she showed me some of the best options I had seen after two weeks of searching.
