  This broker will bend over backwards to find you the perfect apartment! After looking all over Harlem for a 2 BR, Patrick helped my roommate and I find a great place which met (and exceeded) all of our criteria. Throughout the tedious procss, he was very accessible, communicative, flexible, and helpful. I work full-time and my roommate was at the time living in another state. Patrick did his very best to facilitate a lot of the back and forth the lease signing process requires to make it all as easy as possible for us - even if it meant hand-delivering documents and payments! I would definitely recommend Patrick to anyone looking for a great NYC apartment, and have in fact referred 2 of my friends to him. I will certainly give him a ring should I need assistance again in the future!
