Prospect Heights

Quiet Good transportation Great food

Prospect Heights is relatively small in the realm of Brooklyn neighborhoods, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in character.

Nestled between the lush greenery of Prospect Park to the south, the gem of Fort Greene to the north, the suburban comfort of Park Slope to the west, and the urban flavor of Crown Heights to the east, this culturally rich community has become a diverse middle-class outpost right in the heart of Brooklyn.

Great find in a fabulous area. Close to the Barclays Center and surrounded by wonderful restaurants and bars. Easy walk to Prospect Park, Park Slope, Ft Green, Franklin Ave, PLUS subways! This is the full top floor (4th floor walkup) located on Vanderbilt Ave. It is a wonderful 2 bedroom with 2 bonus rooms in the middle plus an office off of 1 bedroom. It can be a 3 bedroom but not a good share. The rooms are not equal in size. Updated kitchen with dishwasher and lots of counter space plus great light. Also an updated bathroom. This unit comes with a large storage room in the basement. There is laundry in the basement and shared yard access. Fabulous find.
