Adrian was great to work with. He ensured that he fully understood our criteria and did not waste our time (or his time) showing us apartments that we would not be interested in. Additionally, Adrian was great about not being pushy. We hated working with brokers that would try to force us in to renting or liking a place. Adrian listened to us when we decided to continue exploring other options for our apartment, and provided us with many different options. He was great at being in contact and checking in with us during our search.

Adrian was dedicated and time efficient throughout the entire process. He was very detailed in all of his dealings. He found me a great unit after I had already turned in an application for another one. It fit exactly what I was looking for and I ended up spending $400 less per month. I am in love with the area and am all moved in to my new home. He periodically checked up and made sure everything went smoothly even after lease signing. It is good to know that a broker has your best interest in mind. I highly recommend his services.
