Jackson Heights

Great food

Jackson Heights is one of the most populated neighborhoods in Queens.

It is also one of the most historically important, and is a New York City Historic District. Back in 1916, Jackson Heights was developed as the first garden city community built in the United States, and was originally envisioned as a neighborhood for upper middle class workers to raise their families. This is why “garden apartment buildings” are common.

GORGEOUS. Best studio in western Queens!!!!! Newly tiled eat-in kitchen that has a diningroom area. So new they still have to grout it and finish the painting. Huge living space! Great outdoor space, few buildings like this around. Super well cared for quiet building in the historic district with one of the best supers around!

35th Avenue in the center of the historic district.
