I've lived in NYC for 11 years and worked with more brokers than I can count on various apartment searches. And Ena Smith is the BEST I've worked with. She is so honest and straightforward that she almost seems too good to be true. From sending me photos and descriptions of apartments we'd see ahead of time, to pulling NO bait-and-switches on me, to being just pleasant and nice to deal with all around, I can't recommend her highly enough. Above all, she LISTENS to what you want and then delivers. Total breath of fresh air. I've done the legwork and worked with dishonest brokers or those who have their own agenda. Save yourself the trouble and go straight to Ena!

I have a big dog and was tired of almost finding a great apartment, only to be rejected because my dog is over- way over- most weight limits. Ena found a great apartment that takes both of us. Plus, it's by Central Park, so it's a great location. Overall, I found Ena to be pretty easy to work with, knowledgeable but not pushy. If you are looking for a good agent, give her a call.
