About the neighborhood: Kensington of the (F) and (G) Train at the Church Avenue Station. The (F) will take you into the city in less than half an hour. It is on a side street one block from Dahill Road. All amenities are in walking distance: gym, laundromat, large chain supermarket, smaller fresh produce stores, delis, ethnic foods, cafes, and bars. (Food: Japanese, Mexican, Chinese, Mediterranean, Halal, Thai). Easy to navigate and get out into other parts of Brooklyn and into Manhattan for work or school.
