  I couldn't have been happier with Kevin. He was the first broker to contact me after I searched for apartments on Naked Apartments. He promptly contacted me and asked what I was looking for. He was kind, courteous, and very attentive to what I was requiring in my apartment search. We met the next day to view many different apartments (all were very nice and decently priced). He was punctual and VERY informative about the apartments and the neighborhood around. He pointed out some great restaurants, laundry services, bars, grocery stores, and even gave a little history of the neighborhoods we were in. After I found the apartment that I wanted, He made the paperwork process (which usually is a nightmare) easy and manageable. Kevin is funny, smart, and knows what He is talking about. He knows his stuff! I would recommend Kevin to ANYONE looking for a place in New York. Thank you Kevin!!
