Gramercy Park

Quiet Good transportation

Few neighborhoods are as lovely as Gramercy, arguably the most charming area of New York City.

Situated between Murray Hill and the East Village, Gramercy has a relaxed, old-money type of feel. It’s no wonder, as in pre-civil war New York the brownstones and mansions facing the park were the poshest places to live in the city. Former New York governors and presidential candidates have lived in Gramercy, as did young Theodore Roosevelt.

Just steps to a beautiful garden park. Apt has fantastic sunlight throughout. An absolutely beautiful and well kept building. Exposed brick, d/w, in an absolute prime location. Here is what others are saying about me on Yelp! "I had a terrific experience with Chris Plummer and Elana! Both treated me with respect, and really did everything possible to help me select the best apartment. They are both very honest, and gave me their true opinions. The level service, attention to client desires, and knowledge of the NYC area were top notch. Thank you both for making such a stressful process so much easier!!!"
