  Fatma is absolutely fantastic! I'm moving from Chicago to New York and had very limited time to find an apartment! After checking all of my credentials, Fatma showed me only the BEST apartments...didn't mess around in showing me other options that she knew I wouldn't like! I found an apartment in one day and had all of the paper work signed the same day as well! I definitely would not have been able to find an apartment in my time frame had I not worked with Fatma! I 100% recommend anyone to work with her. Very professional, yet fun! Knows the area well and pointed out great places to workout, have lunch and points of interest in the neighborhood.

  I must admit, I was probably not the best client for Fatma - I started my search early and so had no sense of urgency in my apartment hunt. As a result, I was slow to respond to her numerous helpful suggestions of apartments and offers to set up viewings. Nevertheless, she took the initiative and supplied me with fresh listings as soon as they came in. I really felt that she had my best interest at heart and that she was constantly looking out for appropriate housing. The one piece of constructive criticism I have for her is that she could perhaps ask a few more questions to focus her search - in her enthusiasm she found a couple of places that were out of our price range...which was slightly depressing because they were all incredibly nice places that we couldn't afford. But overall, very impressed with her determination and responsiveness.
