  Me and my roommate are international students and started to look for an apartment about two weeks ago and were quite disappointed with the services of brokers (shady,...). This was before we met with Francois. He was clear, honest, understood what we were looking for and obviously new his market better that most of the brokers we had met thus far. He showed us a few places that were better than what we had seen and we ended up renting one of them. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking to rent in the city.

  Francois is a great guy, always friendly and efficient. I really liked working with him. He contacts you right away, reply's fast and is one of the few broker's that actually shows you the kind of apartments you are really looking for. I highly recommend him!
