  Josh was without a doubt, the nicest broker I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I have moved the past three years and found that most brokers are rude, insensitive, will interrupt you every step of the way and will tell you over and over again "this is the best you can get unless you want to move to the upper east side"- which is never true. Josh was completely different. Firstly, his office is not a warehouse filled with 50 unhappy looking people. Instead, it is a bright small office in a beautiful building. When we began our search, he listened to everything we said and took us to see a selection of great apartments all within our price range. At every apartment he listened to what we liked and what we didn’t and was always eager to get us the best price. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone.
