  I was initially interested in Gramercy and the East Village, and Ben did a great job showing me what my (somewhat restrictive) budget would get me in each neighborhood. He was very patient with me since this was my first foray into NYC real estate, explaining the fee/no fee system and taking me around to a range of apartment types. We were pleased with how flexible he was and well he understood the NYC market and was able to find apartments to show us that I never would have consided without him! We ended up paying a fee, but are very happy with our apartment in Gramercy that I might never have looked at without Ben's advice.
