  As a 23 year old looking for my first apartment, New York City real estate was overwhelming. Feeling a little discouraged about the market and what we could afford, Danielle, my roommate, and I decided to take a chance and try the Citi Habitats office we happened to walk by one afternoon. Adrienne happened to be sitting at the front desk that afternoon and we are so lucky she was. Even though we did not have an appointment, Adrienne not only gave her full attention to our questions and concerns, but also took the time to show us a couple of apartments on the spot. After our first meeting she remained in contact with us consistently and continued to send links for apartments fully educating us on what was out there on the market. When it came time for Danielle and I to seriously look for a 2 bedroom in a low price range, Adrienne had set up several showings with a variety of different styles all including what we were looking for in an apartment. We ended up falling in love with the first apartment she showed us. It was everything we were looking for and more. Having never thought we would be able to afford a place as nice as that, she blew us away with her findings. The following two apartments were each a little different in layout, location, and price, giving us a broad spectrum to work with. After deciding that the first apartment was the one, Adrienne worked so hard to get our application in and keep us updated and informed and we were approved! Adrienne made herself available to us at basically all times of day, willing to answer our questions or our parents’ questions whenever and was always more than pleasant to work with. Not only was she willing to meet with our parents before we started looking at places, but she also has been in contact and willing to help us with anything after we had signed the lease. I 100% would recommend Adrienne to anyone looking for a new home, she is experienced, knowledgeable, a joy to work with and found me the most amazing apartment for me!

  We own a brownstone on 89th Street. We recently rented one of our apartments (2F) through Adrienne Ketzko. I just want to say what a pleasure it was dealing with Adrienne! She was very efficient, patient, kind and made the experience a smooth and pleasent one. I might add we are very happy with our new tenants... as promised : ) You are very lucky to have her as part of your team and I look forward to working with her again. Suzanne
