The Upper East Side continues to increase in prestige.

Yet, even with its affluent and dignified aesthetic, The Upper East Side maintains an outstanding sense of community and warmth. Families choose this neighborhood for its five-star schools, quiet atmosphere, and marvelously close proximity to Central Park.

This is one of my favorite blocks on Manhattan's Upper East Side. This pre-war luxury elevator building features a manned elevator and luxurious lobby. Limited to 4 units per floor. this building retains that small intimate feel-so often lost with its grand Park Ave neighbors. The units are spacious and many offer wood-burning fireplaces and beamed ceilings. South facing units offer an abundance of sunshine. This two bedroom has a formal dining room which I've seen some people convert into a nursery. The kitchen is newly renovated and feature Shaker cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Conveniently located within the ps6 district, and just 2blocks from Central Park. This is a great option if you are looking for space and that rarity of an easy rental process in a renovated pre-war building west of Third Ave. Contact or email: for further inquiries.
