  Amazing. I rented my first apartment in Manhattan with Ms. Martucci's help and I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and won't waste your time showing you places you aren't interested in or didn't ask about. She was also extremely patient and showed me almost 20 places until I found the one that I wanted. Which was key for me and my first rental experience on the island. It was refreshing to work with such a professional, honest broker. I would highly recommend working with Ms. Martucci to anyone looking for a new place.

  April is a great broker! She responded quickly to my initial contact and was thorough and professional. Having just moved to NY from overseas, the market here was completely foreign to my partner and I. April gave honest advice and made an effort to understand what it is we were after. She appeared to have some good contacts and showed us many places, refining her choices thoughtfully on the basis of our feedback. She kept us informed constantly throughout the process and I felt like she constantly kept us in mind.
