  Where do I start?! If you're looking for a place to live in New York City, Matt Vranic is the broker you want to go to!! I found an apartment the first day we went searching (in the snow) signed the lease to the apt the next day, and had keys a few days later. He was professional and worked very hard since he knew I needed to rent an apartment quickly. His positive, fun attitude and commitment to getting the job done was greatly appreciated.
