  Brian was a great broker to work with. I talked to multiple brokers before talking to Brian, and he was the first one to really seem sincerely interested in finding a place I wanted to live versus just someone trying to get new business. My wife and I were moving from Houston, so I wanted to spend a weekend in New York to really nail down a place. Before doing so, I wanted to make sure that the broker I worked with really knew what I was looking for as well as finding a broker who I trusted and could get along with easily. Brian met both those criteria without a doubt. We spent several hours over the phone talking about neighborhoods, price points, as well just simply getting to know each other. My original plans were to fly into New York on a Friday night and leave on Sunday hopefully having a lease in hand by the time I flew home. Due to the Super Storm Nemo however, I only had Saturday afternoon through Sunday early evening in the snow. Brian went out of his way and worked in very undesirable conditions to find plenty of apartments for me to view. We ended up looking at places until 7:30 Saturday evening. After I picked a place, he worked more that night and the next morning to get the application done and in the hands of the Apartment building. Everything actually turned out great as I ended up signing a lease and getting on a flight by 6pm Sunday night. It was a great overall experience and I'd suggest Brian to anyone. He really has a vested personal interest with his client's success and happiness when it comes to finding an apartment.
