Midtown East

Good transportation Quiet

Spanning from Sixth Avenue to the East River, the buzzing neighborhood of Midtown East is one of Manhattan’s liveliest areas during work hours.

But as soon as the clock strikes 5PM and workers head home, the crowds plummet and virtually disappear. So if you check out your prospective Midtown East apartment during the day, you may also want to stop by at night before you turn in your new lease agreement.

I think I might be underestimating the size of this apartment, but 1400sqft sounds right. True 3 bed/1 bath. Fit everything you want in this space! Living room set, full size dining room table. You can also convert part of the living room into a 4th bedroom and still have a large living area. Bring the Wii or Kinnect and don't worry about bumbing into anything. Full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances. 2 bedrooms will fit king-size beds. The third will easily fit a queen and furniture. Washer/dryer in the unit. 24 hour doorman building.
