The apartment is BEAUTIFUL & HUGE... and is newly renovated with great hardwood floors and exposed brick. The kitchen is open and newly remodeled with new appliances including a dishwasher and WASHER/DRYER. The living room is HUGE and has 3 large windows with lots of natural sunlight. Very High Ceilings, Ample closet space, Large Master Bedroom and good size second bedroom (could fit a Queen bed and furniture). There is only two apartments in the building (one per floor) which keeps the apartment quiet. This is an excellent apartment, in an excellent building and in an excellent location. Not going to find many like it in the West Village / Union Square. The apartment is located on W. 13th Street & 6th Ave pretty much the heart of the Village. If youre familiar with the location you know its in the middle of everything; walk to Chelsea, West or East Village, Astor Place, Union Square, NYU, the subway (every line available), Washington Square Park, shopping in SOHO, and the many cafs, restaurants and bars right out the front door.
