  I'm not sure there's enough room here to share all the great things about David. Although I did not find an apartment with him (my personal circumstances changed), I can confidently recommend him to anyone also on the hunt for somewhere amazing to live. Everyone knows what a minefield the rental market is in NYC, but thankfully David generates a sense of calm professionalism at every step of the way. He certainly knows his stuff, he does his best to simplify the process and he does this with a great personality and bucket loads of charm. If I'm ever looking for an apartment in NYC, David will be one of the first I call.

  David is a gem! We were moving from out of state, and had a very short time frame to find an apartment. From my first inquiry, David was a consistent, proactive communicator. He lined up several apartments that fit our taste and budget, and with his help we found our perfect apartment on our first day of hunting. David has earned every penny of his fee, and I can't imagine going through the crazy, stressful NYC rental process without him as our guide and advocate. I absolutely recommend David 100% if you're looking for an honest, hard-working broker with integrity and a great sense of humor.
