  Justin and Matt helped me and my roommate find a 2-bedroom apartment in Greenwich Village. We looked with two other brokers before a friend recommended I call these guys. They work at Douglas Elliman, which is a large, reputable firm with nice offices and a competent staff. Right away I could tell we were on the right track. After two days of fruitless searching with our previous brokers, Justin and Matt put together a great list of seven apartments and took us to see them right away. They listened to us and showed us what we wanted. By the end of the day we were able to choose an apartment that was a great fit, and the next day we were approved and signed leases. I wish we had called them in the first place!

  My husband and I recently had to move out of our condo with only 30 days notice because the owner was moving back in. After searching on our own all weekend and into the week, we kept meeting “difficult” brokers and seeing properties that weren’t at all as advertised. A co-worker recommend that I call Justin Rubinstein and his partner Matthew Seiden at Douglas Elliman. They immediately calmed our nerves about the apartment search and helped us focus in on good properties. They spent two days showing us properties throughout the village and midtown, and ended up helping us secure a great 2-bedroom in Gramercy. Every single property they showed us was better than what we had seen before meeting them! I felt like our time was used so effectively, and they were both great to deal with throughout the process. I’ve since referred them to anyone I know looking for an apartment, and I’m happy to recommend their services!
