  Melissa was fantastic! The first apartment we saw on this website was already rented but Melissa contacted me right away and asked for all of our specifications. Melissa found my roommate and I an apartment both in the area we were looking and in our price range. She is super amiable, straight forward and was totally honest with us from the start, making it easy for us to trust her opinions and suggestions. My roommate and I loved the first apartment she showed us and filled out an application immediately. Because of our restrictions regarding cosigners and finances Melissa worked so hard to get us into that apartment, still meeting all of our specifications. My roommate and I are extremely fortunate to have worked with her as first-time full-time residents in New York City and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment.

  I had the pleasure of working with Melissa during my apartment search in NYC. Brokers in the city get a pretty bad reputation and in part for good reason- my first broker never even showed up to my appointment to see an apartment. However Melissa proved otherwise. She was quick to respond to all my inquiries and really took the time to focus in on what I was looking for. Never once did I feel pressured or obligated to sign for an apartment. I never realized just how difficult the process of getting an apartment in NYC is and I was glad to have had Melissa on my side. The only reason I did not rent an apartment with Melissa was because I stumbled upon my dream place on my own- and that rarely happens in NYC. If that hadn't have happened I know Melissa would have been persistent and found me the perfect place. The real estate market is just awful in NYC and it's nice to know that people like Melissa help make it a little more bearable. If I need a place in the future I know who to contact. Thanks again for all your help Melissa!
