OUR THOUGHTS: This is a gorgeous duplex that we love, in a great neighborhood, with excellent perks. The gutted brownstone includes an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, modern finished kitchen & bathroom, and a spacious private wooden rooftop deck with pretty awesome views, to be frank....awesome. Tall ceiling, original exposed brick & molding, and a beautiful entryway & hallway are some details worth pointing out. The photos tell the story.
THE LOCATION: The best part of SoHo is East of Lafayette, and this building stands in the heart of it. Literally a 3 minute walk will get you to the Bleaker or Spring 6 Trains, Prince Street N,R Trains, the Bowery J,Z Trains, AND the 2nd Ave F Train. There are few locations in Manhattan that have so many options for your commute. Of course, this area oh SoHo is packed with boutique design shops, unique clothing stores, restaurants, and small cool bars. We absolutely love this area.
