THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The colorful structure standing on the corner of Berry Street and North 12th Street offers a location second to none. Within just a few minutes on foot any residence can find themselves enjoying views of Manhattan at the East River Park, walking their dog at the dog-run in McCarren Park, or enjoying any number of bars, restaurants, and shops found in the center of Williamsburg. Some venues worth pointing out include the Meatball Shop, Brooklyn Brewery, Brooklyn Bowl, Wythe Hotel, Hotel Delmano, Cafe Modagor, and actually many more. The Bedford L Train is only 5 blocks away.

OUR THOUGHTS: Well we aren't exactly obsessed with the bathrooms found in this building, and the kitchens are not premium, however, the location is outstanding... and building amenities and upkeep are topnotch. Every unit is delivered in a pristine condition, as if they have never been lived in. The lobby, business center, clubroom, hallways, and entire premises are nicely decorated and also in immaculate condition. This one bed, in particular, is spacious, has very nice light wood flooring, and good views from the 6th floor. We highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice sized, well kept condo rental in the best Williamsburg location.
