OUR OPINION: Simply one of the nicest renovations we have seen in this area, in this price range. The owner really paid close attention to all details in each unit and within the property's corridors. For NO FEE and all of the perks we believe this will be an ideal home for any couple, or individual looking for extra space for a guest room/home office, and works well for roommates.
