  I came into the NYC rental market as a novice, and Bobby guided me every step of the way, teaching me about the market, making an offer, and even improving my credit scores! He has a lot of experience and a rapport with his customers that is truly professional and enlightening. When I made an offer on an apartment, I was very nervous about the endless paperwork that ensued. The property owners with whom he deals on a continual basis all seem to have implicit trust in Bobby, and that helped a lot as things progressed. Bobby possesses an almost zen-like calm, and he made this deal happen and reassured me in the process. I would give him my highest recommendation, and I intend to call him again in the future.

  Bobby Neil Get's 5 STARS! I spent a month wasting time with agents from all the big companies and they promised the world. When they couldn't/wouldn't find something acceptable, they dropped me like a hot potato! Bobby took the time and listened to what I wanted and working together we found an place that was better than I hoped for after seeing just 5 apartments. In my opinion Commission Well Earned! I highly recommend Bobby Neil to anyone looking for an agent that won't waste your time!
