  I went with Sole after meeting several brokers. It is very easy to tell if someone has or does not have your best interests in mind, and Sole is someone who understands that sincerity is the best approach. Basically, after telling her how I couldn't view places during the week, she asked "what are you doing Saturday?" and proceeded to pack the entire day with visits according to what I wanted to see (one of which I ultimately ended up signing). Sincerity and enthusiasm is a good combination to have working on your side.

  I worked with both Dan and Sole. Both were very helpful and customer friendly. I definitely felt they were working for my best interests. Sole is who I ended up with in my final days of searching. She was very dedicated and packed every hour of our days with appointments, viewings, and listing reviews. We viewed 9 places in two days. I can honestly say that all my options were presented to me. She is a hard worker and any organization would be lucky to have her. I love my new place in Hell's Kitchen. Thank you to both Dan and Sole. MIKE
