  My experience with John was nothing short of incredible. The guy just gets it. He understands the real estate business, knows the Harlem market EXTREMELY well, and places customer service at the forefront of his operation. John made sure I had the necessary paperwork prepared well in advance and communicated efficiently with me regarding the "moving parts" of my rental deal. I never felt overwhelmed or confused working with John. As a single female moving to NYC from a small southern town, I was concerned about apartment safety, location, and "fast-talking" city brokers. From my initial talk with John, he was polite, caring, and sensitive to my criteria. Never once did I feel intimidated or rushed into anything. Matter of fact, I knew I could trust John when he would gently tell me, "Keri, I wouldn't recommend this apartment for you." "I don't feel comfortable with you living there." What broker says that?!-:) John's actions always confirmed that he cares less about "making a deal" and more about providing what he calls, "world-class service" to his clients. I am pleased + fortunate to have met John and I'll be sending all my referrals his way! - Keri W.
