  We were more than happy with the attention, concern, and service we received from John Crafton. From the beginning to the absolute end, John was extremely professional and to the point. Relocating comes with certain stress points, and John was completely thorough and consistent. We appreciated how much he knew about Harlem! In finding Mr. Crafton on the Internet, I was a bit nervous. However, during the process of working with us, we really felt like John cared...and i could tell he did his research. The same day we flew into NYC, John met us and had several apartments to visit and didn't stop trying until we were satisfied. John assured us he could "Get it Done" ...and in only one day, in a few short hours together, he most certainly did and we flew back to Detroit with peace of mind having secured our NYC rental. We would HIGHLY recommend John! Very Satisfied and We LOVE our new residence, Patrick and Paunice Savage
