  I starting working with Dmitry at the beginning of my apartment search in Brooklyn, an area of NYC I did not know much about. I was very happy to have come across Dmitry so early in my search! He was extremely helpful with giving an overview of the different neighborhoods in Brooklyn, and what to expect when viewing apartments in different areas. Dmitry went out of his way to find apartments that met my criteria, and when taking me to a neighborhood I knew nothing about, he even walked around the neighborhood with my roommate and me to help us get a feel for the area before viewing the apartment. Dmitry was very easy to talk to, get in contact with, and he helped me find my perfect apartment from start to finish! I would highly recommend Dmitry due to his extreme efficiency, knowledge, and professionalism.

  After a year long search, I finally found a broker that listened to what we wanted and was able to show us apartments worth considering. Dmitry was absolutely the best broker we have met with and a pleasure to work with. When we first met Dmitry, we communicated to him that we were mainly interested in apartments in Queens. Although this is not his market and at the moment he did not have any listings in Queens, he went out of his way to find several listings that met the requirements we were looking for. He met with us during the weekend and practically spent the whole day with us looking at several apartments. The viewing went so well that by monday evening we signed a lease. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking to find an apartment without the hassle. Thanks Dmitry!!
