  He is not pushy in the least, tells it like it is, and had a good eye for choosing quality apartments that fit me and my budget. After meeting super-aggressive realtors who tried to push the most ramshackle of apartments on me, or who pushed me to have a higher budget for renting, meeting Yaroslav was a breath of fresh air. I submitted an application with Yaroslav only to have my own move date suddenly change, and that's the only reason I didn't rent from him. He's awesome.
