Quaint little building on the under-rated UES easily accessible to all the beauty the city has to offer. It's an elevator building that is also Pet Friendly.This duplex features bright open spaces, wooden floor throughout, a balcony door facing the street lets ample light all over. If that wasn't enough there is a skylight on the bottom half while on the upper duplex there is another nice window to let in more light. The upper part is big enough to fit your king size bed without any issues. This unit is not even on the market yet, I happen to stumble upon it today 10am 12/28/2012. Call me asap if you want to see it and rent it, it will not last long.
