Flawlessly new, high tech, with the best gym+pool in the city; floor to ceiling windows, premium kitchens and remodel, natural light up the wazoo, in the low 50s, pet friendly, perfect for walking to work. If these words don't pique your interest, let me add that I was personally impressed with the courtyard, a gorgeous landscaped place. Definitely for living, for thriving, for saving time, on a quiet side street in the popular Hell's Kitchen neighbourhood near Clinton Park (great for dog walking!). The building is very much its own little community.The units include oak floors and 12 foot ceilings. Each is washer and dryer equipped and all have excellent modern kitchens. Aside from the above mentioned, amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a business center, common outdoor space, concierge, doorman, health club, laundry in every unit (did I mention?), lounge, receiving room and roof deck.
