Just so you know up-front: This is a Coop, and you will be renting the apartment from its owner. There is a $300.00 non-refundable application fee, which includes a credit check and Coop Board Review. This is a process that can take up to two weeks to complete, and I will let you know exactly what documents you will need to submit when the time comes.
The upside is this: everyone else living in the building has undergone the same process. Keep that in mind as you consider the many advantages of living in this apartment.
