  We had two weeks to find an apartment since the management company of our previous apartment wanted to gut the entire building and renovate it. Therefore, they did not renew the lease and put every tenant on notice. When we first emailed Donny, he was very responsive and showed us around the city. He got us our dream apartment and also negotiated with the management company to accept two law students. Most importantly, Donny was pleasant and patient and really worked with us to find us a place we were happy with. After we moved in, he even provided us with a small present for our new home and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. He also made sure to contact the management company about the sink, since it needed to be replaced. One week into our new place, everything is fixed and ready to go!
