Midtown East

Good transportation Families Quiet

Spanning from Sixth Avenue to the East River, the buzzing neighborhood of Midtown East is one of Manhattan’s liveliest areas during work hours.

But as soon as the clock strikes 5PM and workers head home, the crowds plummet and virtually disappear. So if you check out your prospective Midtown East apartment during the day, you may also want to stop by at night before you turn in your new lease agreement.

Here is a lovely one bedroom apartment in a doorman building in Murray Hill. The building also boasts a gym. The bedroom can easily accommodate a king sized bed and has a HUGE closet. The bathroom is fit for royalty and even has a linen closet. The living room is very big - definitely enough room for a dining area/home office and a spacious living space. The kitchen is very nice as well. Stainless steel, black granite, maple cabinetry etc and even a pantry! The kitchen is laid out very well and there is plenty of counter space. Email me for the video tour, I will gladly send it over! This apartment will not last. Even if it isn't exactly what you are looking for, you should give me a call anyway, as I am THE agent to talk to...especially for Murray Hill, Midtown and Gramercy :-)
