  Jai-Yoo is awesome! Although I didn't end up renting an apartment through her because I found one I loved elsewhere, she was extremely friendly and helpful. She was very respectful of my time, even meeting me at 7:30pm to show me an apartment even though it was late, and took my preferences to heart and found places that matched what I wanted. Jai feels like a friend that's helping you find an apartment - she feels like a real person, which is so refreshing! I would definitely recommend her for anyone who is looking for a place.

  Jai helped us find our first apartment in NYC! She helped us narrow down a list of areas we wanted to look in and asked us to create a list of priorities we wanted in an apartment. Then when we met with her, she only showed us apartments that fit most or all of those requirements - including our very low budget. Some of the other brokers we spoke with seemed smarmy, but Jai was very nice and sincere from start to finish. We felt that she looked out for our best interest and she worked very hard for us. She was able to weed out apartments which she knew had management companies with bad reputations - we never would've known that! Jai was very energetic, helpful, supportive, and genuinely wanted us to find the perfect place. She was even more excited than we were when we signed the lease to our apartment!
