Park Slope

Quiet Good transportation Great food Fun nightlife

Park Slope, often known as the baby stroller capital of the world, very much lives up to its reputation but is so much more than that.

While many young parents with children inhabit the neighborhood because of its excellent education system and proximity to Prospect Park, its lovely tree-lined streets, community focus, and selection of restaurants make it a wonderful neighborhood for anyone to live in.

So much sunlight you wouldn't know what to do with!!! Huge living area that opens to renovated kitchen. Bedroom good enough size to fit a queen size bed only, but if full size bed it can fit a bit more furniture. Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a walkup and is a block away from the all so happening 7th ave and a couple blocks away from the park on prospect part west. Be located on a quiet block but so close to the center of attraction that 7th ave and ppw gives!! Heat and hot water included.
