I came to Manhattan to do some advanced apartment scouting ahead of starting my new job and I was extremely lucky to come by Stefan at bond realty. Upon meeting him Stefan sat down with me and we had a very helpful discussion about my ideal apartment and the realistic expectations I should have given the price I was willing to pay and the location I wanted to live in. After compiling a comprehensive list of apartments to see we set off onto the city and it became readily apparent that he knew the city inside out. This was great as I was able to get a much better understanding of the different neighborhoods in Manhattan and also get a feel for the vibe and flow of the city. Every apartment he showed me was something that I would have had no problem living in and I also saw some cool apartments that I didn't even think existed in my price range. Overall it was a very long day but extremely rewarding as I was able to find a really amazing place to live and get through the application process very quickly thanks to Stefan's help. For anyone looking for someone who can really hustle and get you viewings at great places, be sure to drop Stefan a line.

I was lucky enough to come across Stefan over the internet. On very short notice he met with my daughter and I. My daughter was moving to NYC from Pittsburgh. After talking with my daughter Stefan knew exactly what she was looking for and respected the price range she could afford. He found 5 apartments for us to look at, all were great, and we had a place rented by the end of the day. This guy knows NY right down to knowing where the closest subway stop was to each apartment and how many stops she would make to get to her job in mid town. I highly recommend him.
