OUR THOUGHTS: The completely renovated NO FEE 1 bedroom apartments are outstanding. The owner really paid very close attention to detail, ensuring to clean up the old school brick, install new flooring that matched nicely, including a ceiling fan & recessed lighting with a fader control. The modern bathroom is tiled in marble, and the kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and stacked Bosch Washer/Dryer. Heat & Hot Water are covered by the LL. We don't like to say it, but these will move quickly.
THE BUILDING: We are really excited about this project, as few developers renovate Brownstones properly. This building has been gutted from top to toe. The hallways have recessed lighting, stone floors, and beautiful slim molding. The entryway is closed by a double pane glass door and black painted walls. In the East Village you will enjoy tons of Mon & Pops Restaurants, boutique shops, and unique locales. A 6 minute walk will get you onto the 1st Avenue L Train, taking you Westward to Union Square, or Eastward 1 stop to the Bedford L Train, in the heart of Williamsburg.
