These are the largets studios that I know if in a rental building in Manhattan! These are gigantic. You will be in the West 50's and 8'th ave in a doorman elevator building. There is laundry in the building, plenty of closet space along with a renovated kitchen and bath. I love these apartments -and so does every renter I have ever put in this buidling.

PS If you rent here the best checkin parm sandwich on the planet at Manganaros is on me!

  Gus was instrumental in our move to NYC. Coming from the Midwest, we could not have done this relocation on our own. Gus was patient and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. He always made us feel like his most important clients, and never made us feel like our tight budget was an issue.
