  Edward was very responsive to our constantly evolving/changing requirements for our apartment search. Of the many brokers I contacted, Edward was the only one to speak with me before the "right" time for my apartment search to begin while other brokers told me to come back after the first week of the month. He showed us what we could get for our measly budget and strict requirements. He was very considerate of our budget and showed us how we could set up and organize our apartment to make more with less. Edward was also very flexible with our tight schedules. I appreciated his honesty and guidance through the craziness of finding an apartment in the city. I would definitely recommend Edward to other apartments searchers!
