If it weren't for the doorman and on-site laundry, this enormous studio in the thick of Greenwich Village would be almost terminally hip. But with amenities like these, it's a little too bourgeois. It's even got built-in heat and AC, new hardwood floors and a newly remodeled open granite kitchen. Oh well.
