OUR OPINION: Simply one of the nicest renovations we have seen in this area, in this price range. The owner really paid close attention to all details in each unit and within the property's corridors. This particular 2 bedroom, 2 bath, features an in-unit stacked washer/dryer, dishwasher, modern kitchen, marble bathrooms, exposed brick, plenty of space, and is very sunny. For NO FEE and all of the perks we believe this will be an ideal home for any couple, or individual looking for extra space for a guest room/home office, and works well for roommates.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Step onto the 3rd Ave L Train and head West, one stop, to Union Square, and connect with numerous subways to get you to job quickly. Head East and you'll find yourself in Williamsburg's center off of the Bedford L Train stop, where nightlife, restaurants, and boutique shops have flourished. Stay in the East Village and enjoy all of the great spots that you'll find near by. The options are endless.
