  I would like to let anyone looking for an apartment in NY to contact Gavin. Generally I cringe before contacting a broker and try everything I can do to avoid them. I could not find anything for my family to live last month. I contacted several brokers on Naked Apartments and other sites. Gavin was the first to respond and the only one who understood what I was looking for. He only showed us several apartments, they were all exactly what we wanted. It only took an hour! Gavin expedited our applications and we were approved the next day. He was professional, listened to our criteria for a home and did not waste our time. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great apartment.

  I wasted weeks of precious time with 6 or 7 other brokers who consistently showed me things I clearly said I didn't want to see. Not only did Gavin listen to my needs, he showed me 4 apartments that were exactly what I wanted. In addition, I am very busy and can't see apartments during the day. Gavin set up access and was showing me apartments until 9:00 at night! A true professional. Don't waste your time with anyone else. I will be buying next year and will definitely be contacting him.
